Cannot delete post or add category

    I upgraded from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2 (the upgrade.php page did nothing so I guess the DB was not touched) and now I cannot delete posts or add/delete categories. I have crawled all similar posts and the only solution for me is to turn off javascript. I have updated permalinks, tried to revert to my backup of 2.3.1 but the problem persists. Tried to deactivate all plugins but nothing works.
