Cannot disable plugins on wp-admin

I have try to follow the instruction to disable specify plugin to run in wp-admin

Up to below step
“Click on Plugin Filters->Add Plugin Filter and enter the url of the admin page you want to disable plugins on in the permalink box and turn off the plugins you want disabled.”

I cannot found the field to enter URL and select plugins, my screen of the page only shows “Custom Fields-Name and Value”

and more instruction to disable selected plugin to run in backend dashboard?
