    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Print My Blog (PMB) Technical Support.

I visited your website and it seems like there is a misconfiguration with your SSL certificate (basically what it says in the error message). The SSL certificate is what lets a website use “https” instead of “http”. Basically, it is a security feature of websites that helps encrypt data sent to and from the website to protect things like passwords.

When I visit “https://www.kamaheleheyer.com” (HTTPS) my browser gives me a security warning. When I visit “http://www.kamaheleheyer.com/” (HTTP) your images don’t load.

I recommend talking to Go Daddy and asking them for help configuring your SSL certificate. Web hosting technical support is usually able to do this for you.

You should also double check your Site Address setting in WordPress.

Log into your WordPress backend and navigate to Settings > General and check your values for “WordPress Address (URL)” and “Site Address (URL)”. After your SSL certificate is configured properly, both of those values need to be set to “https://www.kamaheleheyer.com” (HTTPS).

If you fix that website issue and you are still experiencing problems with PMB, please send us your debug information by navigating to WordPress backend > Print My Blog > Help. Then complete the form and click “Email Print My Blog Support”. This sends us debug information about your website, projects and plugins so that we can troubleshoot your issue.

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Ryan
