Cannot download fonts

    I have loaded OMGF onto a couple of websites including https://www.the-josephs.com and https://www.sydney-tours.com.au and cannot download the fonts.

    After installing the plugin, I have followed the instructions.
    1. auto-detect
    2. click page
    3. click to refresh
    It shows 3 font subsets

    Available subsets
    Open Sans
    latin latin-ext
    italic
    latin latin-ext
    Courgette
    latin latin-ext
    Available font styles
    No fonts found. Choose subsets to start searching for fonts.

    6 subsets are ticked.
    When I press download it says

    Hmmm… Seems like there’s nothing to do here. Have you tried using search or auto detect?

    It creates the directory /wp-content/cache/omgf-webfonts but they are empty.

    What am I doing wrong? if anything?

    Hi Bruce,

    First off, thank you for the very detailed support ticket! 🙂

    That’s weird.

    Do you have access to PHP logs? If so, do the steps you mentioned above, and see if any error pops up after you click ‘Download’.

    Sorry. Please close the ticket. I downloaded the fonts manually and set them up instead of using the plugin.
