Cannot download snapshots.

    Hi,

    I’m trying to generate snapshots and all of them fail. I’ve tried with several dates from yesterday to one week ago.

    The steps I follow:
    1) Login on https://wordpress.backup-technology.com
    2) Click on Backups (menu on the left) and click on my blog
    3) Select a date for the snapshot (e.g. Yesterday 8.30 am) and click generate.

    I get the following outcome:
    Date Requested Snapshot Date Total Size Status
    Today, 5.02 pm Yesterday, 8.30 am 62.71 MiB An unknown failure occurred. If the issue persists, please contact support. Delete
