Cannot Drag Widget

    WP Version: 3.7-beta2-25774

    Browser: Chrome 30.0.1599.69

    If you attempt to click and drag on the three horizontal lines drag handle part of the widget to move a new widget it will not drag. Clicking on the body of the widget works to drag.
