Cannot edit auto respond templates

Several of our clients have been updated to the latest version of WordPress. We do not know whether this happened with the upgrade to 4.2.5, or to 4.3.1 as we just noticed it today. But, it appears that when all 3 Inbound Now plugins are updated from the version they were initially set up with, the ability to customize autoresponder emails from within “Manage Forms” goes away. We only have 1 site working correctly, and we believe it is on the original version of Inbound Now that we used to begin building the site. The rest (which were upgraded from various versions from the past 18 months or so) are missing the menu to make changes to existing emails as well as if you create a new form, the ability to create an email is gone.
We’ve compared settings to the 1 site that does work, and cannot find any variation in the settings and it has no paid for extensions. It just has functionality that the others had, but are now missing.
