Cannot edit lower tier roles

    There is a need to have one person responsible for user management on our NGO website. Despite setting zarzdzajcy_uytkownikami role quite high in hierarchy, users with this role are not able to create new users with role pracownik_cb. Settings are as follows:

    But from zarzdzajcy_uytkownikami POV I can only do actions for these two roles.

    I saw bit similar post where as shop manager with all user related roles set as ‘granted’ couldn’t assign any roles. However I think that my case could be a bit different. As here it seems that either role hierarchy has some issues or I’m doing something incorrectly. I use Members version 3.2.18 with WordPress 6.8.1
