Cannot Edit nor Create

    Hi,

    I am using the latest WP to add charts. Two problems I am encounter inside WP.

    1. Under “Media – Visualizer Library” (left side panel), when click “Add New” on top, a blank page pop up and stays there.

    2. I found a work around by clicking “add media” inside a page, then “create new” under “Visualization”. However when I click on “edit” under “Media – Visualizer Library”, the same blank page pops up.

    Please help. Thanks.
