cannot edit pages properly

In pages I cannot edit the “add media” section ..
first , all the text is not visible ..
Second ,, if i click on “add media” section red lines appear to highlight spelling mistakes but still no visible text …
third ,,if i press the left mouse button on the bottom right of the add media section and drag it to top left it highlights missing text but in a HTML format …
forth it is stuck in visual and i cannot change to text ..
and i dont know if this is relevant to this problem but the error message appears,, There is an autosave of this post that is more recent than the version below. View the autosave i… have tried different saves and it does not fix problem .

this is my own web site i did not design it .. and all i was doing was updating some text so i am a complete noob at this..
