Cannot edit text colour from grey

    Hello:

    Great plugin!

    I have just begun creating some landing pages and found that I cannot edit the colour of the text in the “Description > Copy” and “After Button Field > Copy” fields. No matter what I make the colour, it is always a muddy grey colour. Bold and italics work and I can edit the colour of the headline and the buttons.

    Troubleshooting attempts:
    1. I have created more than one landing page, same problem exists on all,
    2. I have built this in Chrome and tested in both Chrome and Safari, mobile and desktop
    3. I have deleted text, changed colour then added text and also tried to change colour after adding text – neither sequence works,
    4. I have clicked save, refreshed several times the live page and also looked at the preview version.

    Note that the image is currently a placeholder, I am aware it is not ideal 🙂

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Let’s see how we can help.

    This sounds like another peice of software is overriding our style settings. It is most likely the theme, but we can’t know without testing.

    If we can find the source of the confict we can inspect the issue in detail and see what can be done.

    To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except [Plugin] and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.
