    When I try to email my invoices, I suddenly get this error message: see screenshot
    This affects all invoices in the list, including invoices that have already been successfully sent. Even entering a different email address in the pop-up window before sending leads to this error message.
    All contacts are assigned an email address.
    I can email quotes without any problems.
    I use my own SMTP account as the email delivery method.
    All test emails are sent without any problems, and sending emails directly from jetpack crm also works.
    I have already deactivated all other plugins, one after the other, to avoid a plugin conflict, but the problem still exists.
    What is the problem? I have no idea anymore.

    Hey @franki55 – We can replicate the issue you reported, and it appears to be a bug.

    This morning the plugin – Jetpack CRM – was updated to version 6.5.1 and it works again.

    Thanks for letting us know. Jetpack CRM v6.5.1 does indeed contain the fix for the issue.

    This issue is fixed in Jetpack CRM v6.5.1. Please update to resolve the issue.

    In the future, please open your new thread when asking for help. Because of the variability in each website, it is generally easier if we have a separate thread for each user we are assisting. 🙂
