Cannot enable Google Calendar Pro

    I bought & installed the Simple Calendar add-on. I create a new calendar. If I set the Event Source to be a Google calendar in the WordPress Calendar->Add New Calendar, I can enter the Calendar ID link OK. If I set it to be Google Calendar Pro, I get a blank drop-down box; it doesn’t contain the Calendar ID I entered in Google Calendar more and doesn’t allow me to type the ID in here – so I can’t use the Pro version. Does anyone know how to fix this ?
