    I have the Pro version
    Just a few of many options that will not work for me. When I enable these in the settings and apply or save, they just reset to their default or disabled values.

    Marker Listing – Advance Table
    Marker Category Filter – Tabs

    Custom Icon size – is possible 64 x 22 px?

    We apologize for the inconvenience. With a bit detailed information, we might be able to resolve this problem for you. Could I please ask you to activate WordPress debugging and check for PHP errors, notices or warnings related to the product?

    You can activate debugging the following way.

    1. Access your website files using FTP connection and open wp-config.php file.

    2. Look for the following line:
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    3. Change false into true, so the line looks like this:
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );

    If the line is not present in the file, simply add it to the bottom of wp-config.php and save it.

    @usierul Do not send access to the author. The author gets into trouble when they accept that offer.

    @wdteam I’ve deleted your offer to accept login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
