Cannot exclude variation from Limitation

    This shop is selling wines. Minimum amount of wines to buy is 6, as must have at least 6 in a mailing box. Some products have a variation of either a single or dozen bottle. When user chooses dozen, min/mx limitation tries to force them to order 6. I have tried adding a limitation whereby: Product > Equals > Product variation (dozen) = no limitation. I’ve also tried this same limitation with Min quantity 0 but still not working. Also tried removing limitation from the Global setting and then setting up the rule Product > Not Equal > Product variation (dozen) > Min 6. but this doesn’t work either.

    How can I set this up?
