I am unable to export the applications. I select all, Export as CSV file, and apply. 3 seconds go by and the page simply reloads w/ nothing checked and no files downloaded.

See the answer I posted here….this seems to be the same issue…I have observed this issue and was able to resolve it using this method. This is short term work around that will be corrected with the next update.
