Cannot export theme as a Zip file

    Hello,
    I’m working on a local project with Xamp.
    In Create Block Theme, the link “Export “theme” as a Zip file” doesn’t work. The pointer is there but the link is not clickable.
    I saw a similar question here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/no-zip-file-8/ but the solution found by @almcrorie himself is a bit complicated. Do you have a better answer?
