Cannot find Default Data page in 3.8 | ww.wp.xz.cn

I’m using WordPress 3.8 and can’t locate the Default Data page… I’ve read that some people have found it under “Settings > Tools”, but it’s not showing up there for me. Any help?

Ordinary WordPress (not MS)

Tested with WordPress 3.8.1, BPDD 1.0.4 and BuddyPress 2.0. Lower versions should work too.
