Yes, WP Super cache…
And W/O Progressbar we get: {“error”:”Can’t find exported file”}
I will try with caching disabled…
We use Bridge theme, WP 4.9.9 and WPML.
We tested on another WP 4.9.9. site with WPML which gave no issues.
Could you visit >Woocommerce>Status, get system report and upload it to helpdesk?
Problem solved. A database table had crashed because of WPML. Thanks.

wp options table
some old function was called upon and disrupted the db.
the function should have been deleted a few (3) earlier versions of WPML String Translations. We don’t know why it was still there.
error logs gave away the issue as we should have seen sooner… sorry to bother you.
