CANNOT FIND LICENCE KEY

i’m this close to getting my money back!!

hello.

I cannot submit the way I should. I have no licence key. My question is: where do i find it?????????
Downloaded both plugins the day i bough the package. Filled in key for woocommerce and forgot to do so for premium. Now when i log in to polylang i do not see my purchased items and so no keys!!!
