Cannot find old links, Googlebot can!

I have recently upgraded to 2.3 and deleted all the categories, started a few new ones and tagged all my posts.
When I log into Google Webmasters it shows that there are several links on my blog which are broken:
http://www.guyontechnology.co.uk/category/evangelism/
http://www.guyontechnology.co.uk/category/rip-off-britain/
http://www.guyontechnology.co.uk/category/wordpress/
http://www.guyontechnology.co.uk/labels/LUA.html
http://www.guyontechnology.co.uk/labels/moans.html
http://www.guyontechnology.co.uk/labels/software.htmlThese are all links from the old structure and are no longer valid. I have used Search Regex to find where these links could be reference and didnt find anything?
Where would the Googlebot be getting these links from and how can I be sure they are not in my blog hiding somewhere?
