    Hello,

I have a problem with this plugin on one of my websites. I installed it fine and can access it throught the plugins > installed plugins > firewall dashboard but I cannot see the item in the left on the list of items in my dashboard.

What is the problem with that?

I am logging is as admin and have no problem with all other plugins.

Is this a WPMS site, or do you have any other plugins that would interfere with menus or other plugins displaying? This is not a problem I’ve ever heard of.

Did you make any progress here with this?

Is this a WordPress multisite (WPMS)?

There was a problem similar to this where the Simple Firewall was interfering with the menu items for BBPress. It was a peculiar issue, and wasn’t a bug as such, but just the way BBPress handles its menu and whether a user is logged-in.

My suspicion is that one of your plugins, or your theme, is interfering in this case in the same way that this plugin was with another plugin. Can I ask you to disable each plugin in turn (and re-enable) and load the admin page while that plugin is disabled. I suspect that the menu will appear when 1 particular plugin is inactive.

If you can narrow it down to the plugin for me, I can grab their code and see what’s going on with a test site and then release a fix.

    Thanks!
    Paul.
