The “DHL Parcel for WooCommerce” should be visible in WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping after installing. If “DHL Parcel for WooCommerce” is not visible, make sure the store’s country is set to the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg in WooCommerce > Settings > General > Store Address.
Note that this plugin is only available for DHL Parcel users located in the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg.

I know I have to start a new post, but our base store is Greece. And I can not found also the settings. So we can not also to work with DHL plugin? Thanks

I will also respond on the post that you’ve created, but as mentioned previously, the DHL eCommerce plugin is currently only available for the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg.
This indeed means that if your store’s country is set to anything other than one of these three countries, the settings for this DHL plugin won’t show.
