I am using UPG plugin as photo gallery.
Ivory search can find photo title or description – no problem.

However, I added UPG in-built custom field (upg_custom_field_1) in upload form for nickname (e.g. owner of photo)

Ivory search return 0 results when I search the nickname.
The ‘upg_custom_field_1’ is stored in table wp_postmeta
    E.g of a row: (259, 109, ‘upg_custom_field_1’, ‘nickanameHere’)

    How do I resolve this?

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

The plugin only searches custom fields that are public and not hidden so please make sure the custom fields are not hidden.

Also, please configure the search form to search custom fields as displayed here https://imgur.com/VtqBqbl

    thank you.
i manage to resolve it base on your image
though mine is from Search > Extras > Custom Fields > (Enable) Search selected custom field values -> choose ‘upg_custom_field_1’

    Glad, to hear that.

Yes, the custom fields option is relocated in the latest plugin version so it differs in the shared screenshots.
