I must be missing something obvious, but I can’t find how to configure the front end purchase module. I’ve set up ticket products in woocommerce, and set up events in opentickets, but nothing displays on the site, and I cannot find a builder. What am I missing? Website is passionateawakenings . com and I’m using chrome on Ubuntu.

    Thank you!

    Hey @david4321,

Sorry to hear that you are having some problems getting the ticket selection interface to show up on the frontend of the site. This interface is designed to show up automatically, once the event is completely configured. After browsing the site, and visiting your event page, it seems like something in the event configuration could be off.

In the past, similar issues have manifested because a step in our instructions was not as clear as it could have been. What I would like to do, if you are ok with it, is take a closer firsthand look at the configuration of the event. Typically, if anything i awry, I can spot it almost immediately. This will require temporary access to your admin though. Historically, with this type of temporary access, the problem has been resolved in a very short time. If this is something you are open to, please create a temporary admin account, and forward the credentials to [email protected]. I will pick them up from there, and do a quick check into the event settings.

If this is not something that you are ok with, I completely understand. We will simply need to do this by feel, essentially me asking you questions, you providing me with detailed response, and me providing you with detailed steps to follow after that. Which every method is ok with you, is ok with me.

    Hey @david4321,

I believe you corresponded with Mike about this topic, and he got you squared away. Seems that the event-area had some configuration that needed to be completed. If this is still giving you trouble, please reach back out for more help.
