Can you share screenshots of what the meta box lookes like for you? You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.
Thanks for the screenshots and I apologize again for your experience. Though you have updated to Yoast SEO v25.7, can you ensure those three plugins that have pending updates are also updated? Can you also confirm that you have WordPress 6.8.2?
Ok, we have just updated every plugin and theme. We are running 6.8.2 version. Yoast seo yet not working.

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty-Two.
Please test this on your development or staging site if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

Just finished to use Troubleshooting mode, disabling all other plugins and themes. YS is not working yet.
Do you think that YS premium technichians will be able to solve this issue?, i wouldn´t like to adquire and not been able to use it.
