Cannot generate coupon

    Hi guys!

    First of all – I really do appreciate the voucher editor and the plugin itself – thank you for that 🙂

    I just installed and configured a free version 1.5.4 of the plugin. I have one product with variants (different prices) created and there is an issue with generating coupons for my first test orders. After completing the order, there is no e-mail with the coupon sent, and I can’t generate it from the order details page as well. The error message is “Cannot generate coupon” without any further info.

    Have you seen this problem before, or do you have any ideas what could be wrong and how to fix it?

    Please make a test reproducing this issue, and go to WooCommece > Status > Logs. Check the logs for an error message about our plugin. If you find such a message, please send the information in a return message.

    @rzepsen unfortunately, there’s nothing about it in the logs ;(
    Any other ideas what may I check or try?

    Please send us a WooCommerce system status. Go to WooCommerce > Status > System Status then click on the Get system report button. Send status in return message

    J’ai installé le plug in pour repondre à une fonction : generer et envoyer des pdf.
    Tout fonctionnait tres bien jusqu’à fin janvier, un mail etait envoyé automatiquement, dans lequel s’inserait un pdf, généré par le plug in.

    Depuis 1/2/22, j’ai toujours le mail qui est envoyé, mais sans le pdf. Et lorque je vais dans “action” ” generate pdf voucher”, j’ai un message d’erreur : Could not generate voucher PDF: Cannot load voucher HTML: 403 – Forbidden.
