    hi

    I’ve tried this plugin, everything is set up correctly but any address i put in i get a message stating there are no shipping options. How can i resolve this?

    @theodotcom Hello & thank you for giving our plugin a try! We apologize that you’re having trouble with it returning shipping rates, but I’ll try to help you resolve it below.

    To get a better understanding of why this may be happening, could you enable Logging ( via WooCommerce > Settings > Integration > ShipStation > Logging checkbox )? This will output the actual responses from ShipStation under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    After enable logging, could you try to enter you address once more (so that the system can log the request attempt)?

    Then, on the Logs page you can click the top-most “live-rates-for-shipstation” link. On this screen, do you see anything that isn’t a code (200)? If so, does it have a message as to why next to the response code?

    they all show code 200. I think i’ve sorted it, i cleared the api cache, will do some more testing. Thanks for a very useful plugin

    ok I’ve put it on the live site and Iit is showing code 200 but there are no shipping options.

    @theodotcom A few things to check:

    1. Does your shop have a base address set in WooCommerce > Settings > General
    2. Do you have a valid Shipping Zone setup for Live Rates under Settings > Shipping > Shipping Zones it should have a Shipping Method of ShipStation Rates
    3. Is the checkout saying that no Shipping Options are available, or is it just not displaying? Unfortunately, ShipStation does take a minute to initially populate the Shipping Rates for the system to cache it, so they may not immediately appear on checkout.

    If all the above are valid, could share a public link to your website? Do note that by providing a link it would be available and may not be able to be edited out (so we understand if you do not wish to do this, but it is helpful).

    There is an address added in woocommerce/general, and we do have the live rates set up.

    In the checkout it is saying no shipping options are available.

    This was set up around 7 hours ago.

    Is it possible to send the link over privately, I can pay for the support if needed.

    @theodotcom Last question is, the products in the cart while you check out, do they have valid Shipping Dimensions set and saved? This can be found when editing a product under Shipping tab (in the Product data metabox). Products do need to have a weight and dimensions set to receive shipping rates.

    Just wanted to pop back in and let future readers know that if they run into this issue to move your ShipStation Shipping Zone to the top of Shipping Zone list.
