    We have been using Complianz sucessfully for some time. However, when we scan for cookies, the description of the cookies are not retried – all cookies are classified as ‘Cookies without a service’.

    If we try to manually enter cookie details, nothing appears in the drop down box for ‘Purpose’

    We have tried reinstalling, resetting data but nothing seems to work.

    Hi @stefanr,

    It sounds like the request(s) to CookieDatabase.org aren’t coming through, which is where that information is obtained from. I assume that you’ve already tried another “Sync with CookieDatabase” under Wizard > Consent > Cookie descriptions?

    Do you have any security plugins/settings activated on the site in question, that you suspect could be related to this?

    If the problem does seem to persist, perhaps you could send us a message on support(at)complianz.io, so we can check whether this IP is possibly included in a blacklist?

    Hi Jarno,

    I have tried several syncs, as well as disabling all other plugins. I will send a message to support.

    Hi @stefanr & community,

    The issue has been resolved through our support mail. The issue was caused by the server’s IP address being included in the blocklist on CookieDatabase.
