Cannot Get Gravatar Data

Hi,

I’d like to know how to troubleshoot my WP’s user icon display.

One of my site, the public one at that, don’t display gravatar icon. It tries to access but stops and wont get the item any more.

What’s the first step to do in trouble shooting this?
