• I searched this for not being able to logging into my dashboard. When I go to my Cpanel and public html, there is no maintenance dot files. I go into my website weekly to conduct updates on my themes and plugins, so it seems like my site is stuck in maintenance mode and I do not know how to fix what may be wrong. I did go to my host, hostgator for help , but so far no change. My site has been stuck in maintenance mode for over a day now.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

so it seems like my site is stuck in maintenance mode

    See https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/article/common-wordpress-errors/#maintenance-mode-following-upgrade

Also, if you are using a maintenance mode plugin, try deleting it.

I do not have a maintenance plugin. I used my FTP to log into my site. I cannot find a dot maintenance file. I do not see root directory anywhere. I looked under html public and not there either. I will try my root directory by logging into my WHM and cannot find root directory. So I am doing a graceful reboot of my WHM and hoping thta will help.

If (1) rebooting does not help, (2) you don’t find maintenance file, then try deleting any the maintenance plugin you use.

I do NOT have a maintenance plugin. Maybe only hostgator can help.

Hostgator rolled me back to wordpress 6.1.1 and my site is back up. WordPress 6.2 is rather unstable and I will not update until it is fixed.
