Cannot get it to work. Any Error log?

    Hello,
    This seemed to be the migration tool I have been waiting for.
    Tried it on a simple migration of a new WP installation from one domain to another, but I am getting “Sorry we cannot complete this action. Retry again.”
    Question is why, I cannot find any error log.

    Double and triple checked the credentials, tested the cPanel / sftp – yep, working.
    Bandwidth ok,

    How do I troubleshoot? Yes, I was browsing the FAQ.

    Hi Akshatc,

    I tried on reseller cPanel accounts at Hostgator and KnownHost.
    I would usually assume standard cPanel accounts would not be a problem, but I heard similar voices.

    Unfortunately, I cannot name any examples since I moved on.
    Question remains: how would I troubleshoot if it doesn’t work?

    I can set up a test environment if you let me know how to contact you.

    Went to migrateguru.com > support and created a ticket.
    All details about the test environment are there.
