Cannot get wp-admin to open up

My website was pulled down by Network Solutions because it appeared that it had been hacked through a PHP file. I finally was able to get them to reinstate it, but I may have messed up some files on the server. When I now enter my site name, followed by /wp-admin, I receive this message: “W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /data/9/1/100/98/1752750/user/1894079/htdocs/wp-content/db.php.”

I’m lost as to what to do. Any help is much appreciated.
