cannot give access by role

Dear Developer,
Your plugin works fine with my wesbite. But I have different logins and I would like to give access to export email to main admin and client. But I couldnt able to give access the client as i`m using “Wp admin UI customize”., I dragged it to tools export for client which wont be visible for other users or roles. But I couldnt see it in his login. Can you please help me solving it.
