Cannot Import from WordPress.com

I am currently moving my blog from WordPress.com to ww.wp.xz.cn. I exported the files from my wordpress.com site but when I go to import them to my new site I keep getting “Internal server error.” I read some forums where people said to keep refreshing if you get this error and it will eventually upload, but this is not working. I also tried to export my files a little bit at a time and when I try to import the smaller files it acts as though it has completed and says “have fun” but my site is still blank. Any ideas about this?
