Cannot import in Code Snippets on Local WP

I’m experiencing import issues from Code Snippets when building a new starter site in Local WP. I get the error “Import Failed. Request failed with status code 404” when trying to import a JSON. And the “Import from other plugins” tab has the error “Error loading importers: Request failed with status code 404.”
