Cannot Import Products

    I select the files and click import products and then I am taken to a blank page. Products do not import. I have tried:

    – Using the sample file and keeping headers intact.
    – Tried multiple file formats, xls, xlsx, csv.
    – Tried exporting products I have, updating that sheet and re-importing.

    I am still having the issue.

    Any help?

    What’s the URL that shows in the address bar when you are taken to the blank page?

    Either way, would you be able to send us the file at [email protected] ? (make sure to reference this thread when you do)
