I understand you’re experiencing an issue when trying to add the additional information block on the checkout page. By default, the additional information block is already included once on the checkout page.
Could you please enable the list view and confirm if the additional information block is already present? You can access the list view by clicking the three parallel lines at the top left corner, as shown in this screenshot:
I’ve also tried to replicate the issue on my end and found that the additional information block is not selectable if it already exists on the checkout page. The checkout block, by default, already includes the additional information block.
Thanks for your help with this shahzeen. Please mark as resolved even though i used code to make the field display. I’ll work out what the problem is at another time.
Could you please share a screenshot with the List View enabled? This will help me better understand the issue. You can use https://snipboard.io to upload your screenshots and share the link here. If the Additional Information block is already added on the Checkout page, it won’t be possible to add it again.
Also, could you kindly share the code you’re using to achieve this?
