Attachments field is not showing in the back-end when creating new ticket has Support Manager role.

Hi @rodrigov03

You can use ADD MEDIA option to attach the file in the core plugin.

The Add Media button is missing with Support Manager Role.

Any ideia of a workaround?

Can you please check if you don’t have it only with the Support Manager role?

I’d suggest checking with the Role and Capabilities plugin if you have permission to attach the file or not.

Problem is solved.

I instaled the plugin User Role Editor and edited the Support Manager role and activated the Upload File permission and the Add Media button is showing as it should.
