Cannot Insert Content in the Page

    I can’t make changes to my pages or insert new content into my ENFOLD site.

    In the editing box there is a spinning ball which does not generate the loading option.
    Can someone please help?
    There is no number to call but we want to make the site live.

    The home page is what I’m trying to edit.

    If you use a commercial theme and need support (themes can interfere with the editor like this), please go to their official support channel. In order to be good stewards of the WordPress community, we feel it’s important to direct people to those official locations.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. This is one other reason why volunteers forward you to the commercial product’s vendors. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product.
