Cannot insert custom CSS

    Hi – I am trying to adjust the font size for my page. I searched other posts and found some css that worked for another user, however I cannot insert it on the Nifty > General Settings > Additional CSS field. I can’t even select the field box there to insert it. Please advise.

    I also tried to insert it in the theme customization custom CSS option, but it didn’t affect the page. Nothing changed.

    Hi,
    It won’t work in the theme settings as that’s not printed on our page.

    From what I can tell by the screenshot, our admin page is broken because another plugin is loading its CSS on it. Unfortunately, just from the screenshot, I can’t tell which one.

    Ok, thanks for the info. I’ll try to troubleshoot the plugin conflict.

    Hi – I turned off the majority of the plugins and I still didn’t see the additional CSS window. Finally changed the theme to Twenty Nineteen and it then showed up. So there is a conflict with your plugin and the Moon Shop WordPress theme.

    Yes, that is correct. Will you work on an update for the plugin?

    Actually, if you can email us on [email protected] and provide access to the site, 99% we’ll be able to resolve the issue within a day.
