Cannot Insert Forminator Form or Delete Opt-in Fields

    Hello!

    I am attempting to create a pop-up from a forminator form; however the pop-up button in the editor does not work (I have tried on both Chrome and Safari). I have used the shortcode method instead, which is fine for the time being. However, this leaves me with the forminator form PLUS an opt-in at the bottom of the box. When I attempt to delete the opt-in form, I click on the settings button, but nothing happens (similar to trying to insert the form). While I can click into the settings box by double clicking on the field, I cannot delete any default fields or new fields that I add.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    PS – I am using the latest version of WordPress.

    Hi @clrlbk20,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    It sounds like you created a pop-up for email-opt in, and not an informational type. You won’t be able to remove the fields for the Hustle opt-in content, but you have two options.

    1. Create a new popup but select informational type, so you can add the Forminator shortcode.

    2. Use custom CSS to hide the opt-in section from Hustle, so you can only have Forminator form.
