Cannot Insert ‘Image Box’ & Other Blocks in Editor

It seems I cannot insert ‘Image Box’, as well as a few other blocks in the editor.

When in the editor and I click on the block to insert, either in the pop up or the side bar, it reacts with some sort of hover animation, but does not insert into the editor page.

It did used to work, but something in the last week or so has killed this functionality.

Other blocks I cannot insert, Accordion, Blockquote, Call To Action.
There may be more but I haven’t fully tested all blocks.

Any help would be hugely appreciated, thanks 🙂
