I would take a look at your system permissions. Take a look at the information here https://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/Changing_File_Permissions.

I think the issue is that WP can not create and manage the directories. If you do not have access to FTP or a file manager you may have to contact you host.

my plugins directories are writeable permissions 755
my themes directories are writeable permissions 755
My upload directories are writeable permissions 755
