Cannot invite users to group

    We had an intervention on April 22 from John. He acknowledged a bug in BuddyBuilder.
    Unfortunately the problem still exist and the complete layout is a mess.

    The temporary solution is not satisfying in a operational environment. We have customers who experience this problem now for 4 weeks, and they have to invite people for training or groups! This is not an acceptable situation!

    Since we choose for your program, and using Stax WP as an professional software plugin, I want to have a steady solution. Please, can you give me a insight when we can expect an update? Or is there a way to roll-back?
    I can’t say to customers, sorry, you have to wait until Stax WP is ready…

    I’m sorry for the trouble that you have been having with the Group Invites.

    In this case, since you are using the pro version of the plugin as well, and commercial product are not supported here, we have replied to your email about this matter.
