Cannot Link Accounts

I have successfully downloaded the plugin, but when I try to link my Twitter or Facebook accounts under settings, nothing changes. I sign in and authorize MailChimp, but when the page refreshes, no account comes up.

Using WordPress 3.8.1
Using Woocommerce 2.1.2
