It seems your business does not have a physical address on Google map, unfortunately, it’s not possible to connect such a places, because Google API which used in this plugin, does not support location without an address. In other words, it’s a limitation of Google, not us or the plugin.
However, if you add physical address to your locations you should find and connect that, after this, you can delete the address again.

Thank you for your quick response. After reading your message, I added an address to my Google Business right away, but it’s been ‘in review’ by Google ever since. It says it can take up to 30 days 🙁
In the meantime, is there anything we can do to connect my profile? Even if the reviews won’t get updated, for example? Unfortunately, this is true, Google may review it so long to confirm your address.
