Cannot link translated pages (posts OK)

Hello Dennis,

First, thanks a lot for this extremely cool plugin and all the support you give to help its users
I checked in it, I think a user had the same kind of problem as below, but apparently she only used pages.
Indeed, the plugin works 100% fine with posts on my multilingual (en/fr) website.
I create a post, I add a translated post via the widget (selecting one if it exists, or clicking the flag to create one).

However, when I create a new page the widget does not show any field (not even the empty white one). Only the flag appears, and when I click on it, no link is created, I just have the same empty field but this time in a “create a new page” page in the other language.

So I can’t link a page with its translation, neither if a translated page exists nor trying to create one.

Did I miss something?
