Cannot list posts since v 3.1.4
-
Last update broke my backend to list all articles !
Plugin de-activated => back to normal (except no more expiration of course)
Better test should be conducted when delivering so many changes in 1 update…
Hoping quick correction !

Hi @ecollart,
We apologize for the inconvenience. Side note, we always conduct multiple rounds of testing before releasing new versions.
Regarding the issue, have you encountered any error messages? Checking the error logs would assist us in troubleshooting and providing a quick resolution.
Additionally, could you please provide your Site Info details? You can obtain this information from WP-admin > Tools > Site Health > Info.
In the meantime, if needed, you can revert back to the previous version by downloading it here: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/post-expirator/advanced/
@ecollart this issue should be solved by 3.1.5. Please re-open this ticket if it remains an issue.
Hello Steve,
it is unfortunately not solved for me…
I performed just the regular upgrade, then I reactivate your plugin and try to list articles (in backend) => empty page.
So I de-activated again and I can list my articles…
I get no error message … I am not a geek nor a real webmaster so if any log file is to be provided, please explain how to do that…
I can generate a ste health but how to communicate it to you ? I don’t want to put it publicly here…Thanks for your efforts

@ecollart Could you please confirm if you are using version 3.1.5?
Additionally, you can paste the Site Health information here for further analysis. Keep in mind that private access is available for our Pro users, while free users can seek support in this forum.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,

We have new beta package.
Could you please try this beta version and let us know if the issue persists?

Hello,
thanks for your efforts to help but problem is not solved…
In fact, you get a blank page if you try to list all posts or all pages in backend.
But listing all comments or all accounts works fine…
Hoping this info can help

Hi Eric,
Do you mind share some screenshot how it looks on the backend of your post list when our plugin activated?
Hello,
I added at same place, a folder PublishPress Future and put there 2 screenshots. As you can see, even the backend frame doen’t display, it is just a blank page when I clicked on Articles (Posts) in left column of backend…
I add to quit so next answers will take longer, sorry about that..
Eric Collart
@ecollart Did you send the screenshot anywhere? I did not see anything from your last reply
Hello,
it seems you didn’t access or can’t access folder PublishPress at the link https://filedn.com/lDBMHBwCJ9YJdcwbJk9nkhY previously mentionned
I started another thread (that can be the continuation of this one then), thinking I won’t get a reply from you but seeing reply at that next thread, I was wrong; my apologies for that.
