    Hello,
    I am testing your Membership 2 plugin on a live site. I cannot loat email templates at at wp-admin/admin.php?page=membership2-settings&tab=emails. When I select an email template and click on “Load Template” nothing happens. I cannot even disable the email message clicking on the toggle. I can only edit the first one template in the list.

    May you please help me in that? Or, may you please tell me where I can alteratively edit the email templates (in a file, or in the database…) ?

    Hello @jimgordon, I trust you are doing well today!

    I can’t replicate the same on my site. This looks like a conflict with anther plugin. To find which plugin is causing it, would you please deactivate all other plugins and try to load a template again from Membership 2 > Settings > Automated Email Responses?

    If everything is working and templates can be loaded, activate one plugin at the time, while testing each time the Automated Email Responses section, till you find the plugin that causing this.

    Thank you for giving Membership 2 a try. I’m gonna mark this resolved for now but if you’re still having issues please reopen and we’ll get right back to you.
